Objectives
To provide a forum for exchange of information that will enhance the professional growth of all association members
To be involved in the formulation of policies regarding students, preceptors, and Clinical Placement Co-Ordinators, both locally and nationally
To advocate the views of its members at national level with relevant stakeholders in relation to nursing students practice placements and clinical education
To be involved in the continuous development and dissemination of the CPC role
To enhance the local and national communication network between association members
To represent the association at least 7 members (a quorum) will need to be present to sanction any action by the committee
