On-line Database of Third-Level Courses

The National Council’s on-line database of courses was developed as a resource for nurses and midwives intending to engage in continuing professional development. The database listed nursing, midwifery and health-related courses offered by third-level institutions and/or their partner organisations in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from 2002 to the academic year 2009-2010.
Information on the database is up to date as of December 2009, but will not be updated in 2010. Detailed third-level course information is available from the website of the National Learners’ Database (www.qualifax.ie – follow the links to Adult Learners).
